If your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a refund or replacement. For all other returns, you have 14 days from delivery to let us know you’d like to return your order. Return shipping fees may apply.

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

We’ll:

  • Offer a full or partial refund, or
  • Resend the correct item at no extra cost to you.

Please keep the item and packaging until your claim is resolved.

No problem - we understand.

You can return your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason. Return shipping costs will apply unless the item is faulty.

Please double-check your order before confirming, as this helps reduce unnecessary returns and environmental impact.

 

 

How to Request a Resolution?

  1. Your order number
  2. A photo of the item (if applicable)

Our team will respond within 48 hours.

If eligible, a refund or replacement will be processed within 5–10 working days.
